WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

15 days return policy applies on printing and gift items. Returns - credit less shipping charges.

 

Reshipping Charge Applies To Exchanges & Returned Parcels Due To Incorrect Delivery Address.

What about Facility Purchase Orders?

Shopping cart supports the input of purchase order. Facility Purchase Order must be mailed or sent via email attachment. Purchase orders must include a ship to address, accounts payable address and phone contact information.

 

Customers located in states with No Sales Tax will need to submit proper documentation to validate sales tax exemption.

What are your hours of operation?

Our office is open 9-5 EST Monday-Friday; however, emai accounts are checked frequently after the close of business each day and on weekends.

How soon are orders processed & shipped?

Printed goods are generally shipped within 10 business days of receipt exclunding holidays & weekends.
